RE:Authentix Ownership Change

RE:Authentix Ownership Change
Raptor: You will need a dozen or more posts to “burry” my Authentix change of ownership post. This is information which, in fairness to all participants, needs to be out there. I might be misjudging the importance of this event. If so, I’m once again all ears and would truly welcome opposing arguments.

The upside from the SICPA royalties have always been THE prime EUO “bull argument” as none of the other subs provide any meaningful tangible / credible upside / profit potential.

As such, this Authentix ownership change is now the most significant EUO development since the SICPA deal.

Blue Water has boots on the ground at the precisely crucial points. The wellhead, the export terminal, the refinery and the storage. These are the only points where significant prevention progress can be made in terms of global oil / fuel theft, adulteration and smuggling.

SICPA may have access to governments but SICPA has zero expertise in O&G and nor do the people who SICPA chose to take over as part of the GFI deal. It’s a mystery to me how Gadi Gonen sold himself to SICPA given his track record.
