RE:RE:Insider HoldingsYou are actually partially correct. Rowlands still has to report as he remains a director as per the March 15 NR. I missed that. Sorry!

Probably just a matter of time until he resigns as I can’t see any reason for him to hang around as the 3 Mil stock options he is holding are way out of the money as they range between $0.13 and $0.19.

That said, he might just hang around for the director’s fees and the perks which come with it.
 
Reinis hasn’t reported for years if ever as he was never on EUO’s BOD.
 
Regardless, the elephant in the room is SICPA.
