Give me ONE good reason not to be angry at a BOD which has neglected its fiduciary duties for years allowing management to squander money left, right and center aside from granting itself bonuses for a transaction they have now abandoned for 50 cents on the dollar right at the verge of SICPA being awarded a mega contract.
 
Cash is only an asset if it’s put to work for the benefit of shareholders. EUO’s history makes this “wishful thinking”.
