You think you are buying cash ...Think again ... You are not buying cash. You are buying a cash eating machine (insiders) who have no insider stakes to speak of and can live of this cash for a looong time. They would be absolute idiots to risk this cash which will feed them for a long time just as long as they don’t “gamble” it on some sort of deal which will sound good but never materialize.
