RE:RE:SICPA’s timing was impeccableEveryone knew that the Philippine deal was coming as there were no competing bids. This deal alone would have probably doubled the remaining royalty payments.
Instead EUO management gave SICPA a “50 cent on the dollar” deal even though they had ample cash without this deal and to make things worse, they had and still don’t have a plan to put this extra cash to work. Will they ever put this cash to work or will they just treat this cash as their personal “golden cow”?
Now EUO shareholders can ponder just how much Xenemetrix which was sold for $1 will get of this deal.
