Probably Rowlands figures markets are whacked which they are. Market is full of dumbass traders who have no concept of value or basic fundamentals of trading. Clowns with shares for sale below 20 probably still sleeping in moms basement after hard night of video games.

Agreed.  It goes to show the mindset of the average trader nowadays.  The SICPA deal gets finalized so they SELL their shares?  If they knew anything they would be on the BUY side like I am.  Oh well let them sell, they will regret it very very soon.
