SICPA acquired more than 10% of EUO...

....at prices in the $0.18 range. Clearly SICPA knows more about EUO than even the most astute investor. If you follow the money, the current SP is a screaming buy.

Even companies like SICPA make mistakes, and EUO has quite clearly been one of them. The fact they are not adding to their position right now is all-telling, especially since they did step in to support the SP when it hit lows of .14 after their big acquisition period.
