I see that so far this year they have NOT

Issued the financing they said they needed before year end and there is only a few day left to do it in. Also, inn order to keep their NY listing, they will have to get back over a dollar and stay there. 
Looks like they will have to do a consolidation of around 1 for 5, but in most cases, the shares will start drifting back down to the PRE-consolidated level. Their news releases have been slow in comming and this does not bode well for their future. We will see if they survive, since Archer seems to be much better company even though originally I liked EVTL's model better. There was lots of hoopla when they listed on NY and traded around 10 dollars and now look at the share price. They were too slow in my opinion of announcing the crash they had.
