Is this for real?

Is this for real?I just discovered the news re: ewd getting bought out........for .38 cents???  My first thought ?  Has the ceo completely lost it?  ...............38 cents is an out and out insult.  After hanging on to this play for more than a few years, and getting strung along with tid bits of info...... this is the reward we get?  What in heck happened that caused them to give the farm away?  I see this NEWS was released on Saturday, start of long week-end.  Who pulls an unpreceedented stinking move like that and why?  I've had no personal dealings with the talking heads of ewd ever, buttt....if there are any out there that knows them, we need some answers......no question, this is truly a shocking development...pg46
