RE:What should the buyout price be?
RE:What should the buyout price be?The last I saw, and granted it was from late 2012 or early 2013, First Energy had a price target of approximately $1.40 per share (and now say $0.38 is fair value - I guess the Chinese Wall is very high at First Energy) According to Eaglewood's December 2013 Corprate Presentattion, page 27, the implied value for PRL 28 was $0.57 per share, for PRL 259 $0.27 per share (post farm out to Horizon) for cash $0.06 per share for a total of $0.90 per share not including Eaqglewood's interest in Stanley. If I recall correctly, Eaglewood had estimated its share of Stanley to be approximately 10% so according to the corporate presentation, and after farm out to Horizon, an additional $.22 ber share. So with zero value for PPLs 257 and 258, $1.12 per share. Lets assume the Corporate Presentaion was overly optimistic and ascribe a 50% discount the value indicated would still be $0.56 per share.
