RE:RE:Reduced Cost ArrangementHouse-cleaning. Original contract was based on unrealistic expectations of unsustainable revenue/costs. It will build more slowly now until a ground-breaking contract, possibly involving smaller vessels, XCT is still best in class for RT information, unmatched but narrowly focussed on marine at this stage. Lots of competitors for IoAT. Which service will cross the tracking boundaries and dominate or consolidate? Likely a candidate for a superior buy-out. Best moat  for the next few years is the established Iridium satelite network with programable payloads.
