Looks like the Board is back in with around 94% of the vote
The total number of common shares of the Company ("Common Shares") represented by Shareholders present in person or represented by proxy at the Meeting was an aggregate of 10,040,633, representing 46.43% of the Company's issued and outstanding Common Shares.

Expect Borad and management complacency to continue. A lousy volume of 700 was enough to push s/p up by 3 pennies. They must be breaking champagne in the board room.

The management and board members have done a terrible job this past year. When are the sales going to start happening?

The only climax they ever achieved in life is put out another annoucement about yet another inmaterial satelite launch blah blah blah.
