A buyout what a pleasant surprise to wake up to. Now I don't have to talk to myself anymore on this BB. Its been a long long slow grind but well worth the wait.

I wouldn't think we would have any regulatory issues. Com Dev (which we were a subsidiary) got taken over by Honeywell without issue.

I don't think there are that many retail share holders anymore. Personally I have sold some of my position over the past year as I have been burnt to many times in the past. Have a limit order in for my remaining shares higher then we are now, will wait and see if they sell. Funny a couple of days ago I had a sell order in for 2000 shares at $1.44 , luckily only 900 were purchased.

Ha ha most likely 900 of my shares. Still ecstatic about the buyout as I still hold 7100. There was a time I had many more but sold do to lack of execution and wanting to bank some profits. Lesson to be learned when you think nothing is happening something is...
