Yes - it was abject manipulation and I would contact the regulators. Document everything because you know if you buy a stock that has a guar-own-teed 30 million ounces in the ground and are losing money, you can complain and get all your money back. Tape-painting a $.16 stock is the evil work of the manipulators and I would not stand for it.  Kinda-like the 500-share algotrader downticks that you guys had investigated a couple of months back. Btw, how did THAT work out? EXS is a very cheap stock right now but so are all the other ones that Speckie put the K.O.D. on............Thanks.
