RE: EXS - dead money

Dead Money.....!!!!!!!!!!

Not by any means when taking into account the financial position that this company will be in when the markets turn around and only those companies with actual resources will be left in a position to be valuated according to tangible assets in place.

The market trends as of late are clearly indicating that high speculation plays, which represent the vast majority of junior resource issuers, will be short lived and that in the future, only players with hard assets actually being grown will be left standing.

Explor is easyly at a 10 to 25 times price reduction when taking into account the future hard asset valuations already in the ground and being poised for further deliniation. This asset base as it grows, will be very difficult for a producer to ignore and if such an asset base exceeds the neighboring Lakeshore resources, and this is a good bet when taking into account the lessening potential that the Timmins Mine environment is returninng over time, there will be a need, not a choice, for LSG to take it out or risk loosing it to other intermediate producers who are known to be canvasing the TPW project.
