I noticed that before . . .  2% royalty on all diamonds as well as gold.  Does Timmins have a history of any diamond mining?  Any kimberlite pipes in the area?  Garnets??  I thought that might be someone trying to cover themselves just in case other minerals/mineable materials were later discovered on these claims.
