It serves their interests to be secretive.... I am sure some Teck insiders (family members, buddies, etc) are buying EXS, MEK, etc  at these low prices.... They also don't want the values of these lands to go flying off the charts... they probably pay or employ traders to help them keep exs and mek down on purpose.... 

All a buying opportunity...
