Peschenlo, you have a valid point concerning Director Merkel.  I assume his selling of some shares had to do with warrants and from locking in profits from a financing where he got cheap shares back in the .06 range.  But instead of us speculating, Peschenlo, you would do yourself and all of us a great service by contacting Herr Merkel and asking him why he sold shares and whether you should do the same yourself.  We would all be interested in his reply.

I, myself, would not be selling shares before Kidd Creek results come out, Ogden results come out, and before we find out the reason Teck has imposed a news blackout for the past several months on the TPW project.

If Director Merkel cannot provide a satisfactory answer for the selling of some shares, then I would suggest your skepticism is warranted.  I know that Chris Dupont still holds nearly 5 million shares, so that in itself represents a vote of confidence in EXS.

But your point is a valid one . . . please contact Herr Merkel and tell us what he said.
