I can only see back 3 months on Canadian Insider and CD is only -50,000 (No big deal) and Gerhard is negative around 1/2 mil shares in that time... Now I would expect him to sell enough to be in the money because that's what they have to do if they are not earning salaries. Investors and directors who do this are more able to participate in further financings..... The only thing that I see that bothers me is his 2 short sales.....but hey he has the right to play the market if it doesn't hurt the company.....
