If enough people try experimental bids, it partially explains the un-expected support the stock is getting. Also, if your in at 20+ cents, it may be in your best interest to keep the "bid" column looking good in the hopes to get out at 14 cents. Not all of us have the money to that but there are those who can afford to take a chance.
