RE: Moose Pasture Anyone

RE: Moose Pasture AnyoneEXPLOR Resources Inc. is a Canadian-based GOLD and BASE METALS exploration company with mineral holdings in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Saskatchewan, Canada. EXPLOR is currently focused on exploration in the prolific Abitibi Greenstone Belt (AGB) of Ontario and Quebec. The Belt has produced more than 180,000,000 ounces of GOLD and more than 450,000,000 tons of BASE METALS (Copper/Zinc/Silver) ore to date. EXPLOR's total land position in the Abitibi Greenstone Belt is approximately 25,000 hectares. EXPLOR also owns 1,991 hectares of mining claims in Saskatchewan and 2,800 hectares in New Brunswick. EXPLOR Resources flagship project is the Timmins Porcupine West (TPW) GOLD Project located in the Timmins Mining Camp, in the Province of Ontario. Teck Resources Ltd.(TCK-NYSE) is conducting a further exploration program as part of an Earn-In on the TPW property. Project in Hand Timmins Porcupine West (TPW) Gold Project, Porcupine Mining Camp, Ontario EXPLOR Resources flagship Timmins Porcupine West (TPW) GOLD Project is located in Bristol and Ogden Townships in the Timmins Mining Camp of Ontario, Canada. The Project consists of 185 unpatented mining units and 3patented claims for a total 3,200 hectares. The property is bisected by highway 101 and can be accessed from the City of Timmins located 13 km to the east. The Property is 2.5 km northeast of Lakeshore Golds (LSG-TSX) West Timmins Mine, and less than 1 km northeast of LSGs new GOLD resource at their Gap144 GOLD project, on the identical geologic structure as the TPW. The TPW was drilled 116 times by EXPLOR, and significant grades of GOLD found in 113 of those drill cores. The Strike Length of the Gold deposit is 2,000m and is OPEN at both ends, and OPEN at depth. EXPLOR geologists have applied the Mining Industry Standard mine/deposit HMC modelling system, (The Hollinger-McIntyre-Coniaurum System). Having incorporated all drilling data from 1928 to the present date, the HMC Model suggested the deposit has 20-30,000,000 oz Au perhaps even more. Independent NI 43-101 Resource Report Estimate Open Pit GOLD Resources at a 0.30 g/t GOLD cut-off grade: Indicated: 213,000 oz (4,283,000 tonnes at 1.55 g/t GOLD) Inferred: 77,000 oz (1,140,000 tonnes at 2.09 g/t GOLD) Underground GOLD Resources at a 1.70 g/t GOLD cut-off grade: Indicated: 396,000 oz (4,420,000 tonnes at 2.79 g/t GOLD) Inferred: 393,000 oz (5,185,000 tonnes at 2.36 g/t GOLD) Project highlights: Timmins Porcupine West (TPW) Property Acquired in July 2009 CDN$25,000,000 spent drilling 116 Drill Holes Optioned to Teck Resources Teck to spend $12,00,000 to earn 70% interest Since 1928, previous owners including Dome, Teck, Cameco and Tom Exploration) completed approximately 30,000 m of drilling (140+ drill holes, all shallow) Significant gold mineralization near surface confirmed Historic drill results include: 7.9 g/t GOLD over 3.0 m, 4.2 g/t GOLD over 3.4 m, 3.6 g/t over 5.5 m, and anomalous values of up to 159.9 g/t GOLD over 0.5 m The Property has a very large porphyry located in a splay fault corridor where most of the Timmins area mines have been found 115,000 meter Diamond Drilling Completed (116) holes drilled GOLD Mineralization greater than 2,000 meters long open on both ends and at depth Up to 1,500 m wide and open at more than 1,000 m deep Timmins Porcupine West Hollinger McIntyre Model confirmed Grade and width increasing in unexplored south west portion of property (High Grade Zone): 135.04 g/ton GOLD over 3.1 m; 18.04 g/ton GOLD over 3.7 m; 12.52 g/ton GOLD over 4.1m. The property is comprised of 8 claims (70 units) covering 1,120 hectares, and is contiguous on the east side of the Timmins Porcupine West property. MARCH, 2016 - EXPLOR has commenced a diamond drilling program on the Ogden GOLD property. The exploration program will consist of 3,000 meters of diamond drilling. This diamond drill program will concentrate on geophysical targets as identified by EXPLOR's recent ground geophysical survey and induced polarization work, in conjunction with historic drilling and geophysical information. Based on drilling results at the TPW nearby, EXPLOR is targeting the High-Grade GOLD at the roughly 500 meter. NEWS UPDATE March 23, 2016, EXPLOR Resources announced that it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Matachewan First Nation of Matachewan and the Mattagami First Nation of Gogama in Ontario with respect to the Companys Kidd Creek property. The MOU sets out the areas in which EXPLOR and the First Nations have agreed to work together, notably on mutual key interests such as Environmental Protection; Employment and Business Opportunities, and Education and Training for the First Nation communities. In order to instill a relationship with the First Nations, EXPLOR will issue 500,000 common shares to both the Matachewan First Nation and the Mattagami First Nation. Kidd Township BASE METALS Project The Kidd Township Project consists of 222 unpatented mining units and five patented claims located in the Kidd, Wark, Carnegie and Prosser Townships in the Timmins Mining Camp for a total of 3,593 hectares. The property is contiguous and to the west, south, north and east of the Glencore Kidd Creek BASE METALS Mine. The mine has been in production since 1964, and having achieved a depth of 9,200 ft, is the deepest mine in Canada. The property is located 20 km north of the City of Timmins on Highway 655. The most obvious feature in the area is the Glencore Kidd Creek Open-Pit Mine, located in the central portion of EXPLOR's Kidd Township group of properties. The Kidd Creek Mine has produced over 140,000,000 tons of BASE METALS ore (copper/zinc), valued at US$60,000,000,000 since its discovery in 1964. EXPLOR believes in the cluster effect of VMS BASE METALS DEPOSITS and believes there are SEVERAL OTHER BASE METALS DEPOSITS located in the immediate vicinity of the Glencore Kidd Creek Mine. Details of an Exploration Program are being finalized, and expected to commence SPRING, 2016.
