Yes Teck is out indeed but I must say I don't find this negative at all. The TPW property has been taken hostage by Teck for 2 years now without doing anything with it. At least now EXS can go on drilling it much faster. Although I believed 2 years ago Teck was the company that would help EXS, I can only conclude Teck didn't worry 1 small bit about this property. I'm happy now because if they would have met their terms by May 1 2017, we might had to wait another year. Regards Steven
