This is not a non-event. Why don't you get a copy of the Statement of Claim and find out? Bottom line is CD now has to disclose ongoing litigation against the company to any new investors and it is not going to be a "non-event". Even if there is a settlement - what happens when the other investors join the law suit? There has not been any NEW placements closed since the claim. Close a few more deals and I will agree with you that the law suit is a non-event. What happen to the $50 million debt with no dilution or warrants? Why don't you give us an update on that GWT-alias?
