MD&A

Firstly, I wanted to express my appreciation to the bashers on the Stockhouse Bull Board for taking the time to post their thoughts, even though they don’t own any stock. Seeing their postings is, of course, unavoidable, as the site’s posting rules are pretty relaxed. Collectively, however, they have had an impact on the price of the equity, as some investors have obviously decided to move on, buying into their nonsense. Add to that, the ongoing fluctuations in the metals markets, as well as speculator interest moving to other well reported sectors, and its no surprise that Explor stock is at a 4 year low. To me, that represents a very surprising entry point for any new investor, or a terrific opportunity to average an existing holding.

Corporately, the Company’s assets have grown exponentially over the past 4 years. A requirement of the Toronto Venture Exchange is the quarterly submission of an MD&A report (Management Discussion & Analysis). Explor’s most recent report is dated March 29th, 2018, and can be found at www.sedar.com. I’ve read hundreds of these reports over the years, but have never seen one as thorough, or as comprehensive, as this one. It spans 49 pages, offering investors the answers to virtually any question they might have about any of the Company’s properties. All fifteen property blocks are described in infinite detail, including history, drilling, and plans moving forward. Excluding the recent Hoyle Pond property block, those corporate assets are conservatively valued at CDN$36,400,000 (Pg36).

My most recent discussion with Chris Dupont was very encouraging. ‘Significant’ progress has been made with American, and European based lenders in regards to the financing of the extraction of 250,000ounces of GOLD at the Timmins Porcupine West GOLD Deposit (TPW). He also indicated that the metallurgical testing results should be forthcoming as early as next week, and that preparations for delineation drilling at the TPW are underway. He also suggested investors should follow www.metalsnews.com as a comprehensive, and informative, interview between Dr. Allen Alper and Dupont should be posted to the site by the end of the week.

In my experience as a shareholder of this equity, I’ve never had any doubts about the experience, or professionalism, of the Directors, or key personnel. I find it sad that the equity is tied more to the price of GOLD, and Copper, than to its assets, or people.

A lot of these "bashers" as you call them own stock alright, stock purchased with hard earned money and it is certainly an insult to all those who put money in to this garbage. There was a time, when some of us were pretty :high" and confident on EXS and its future ..... now as I said previously, it looks like a shyte show. To suggest for a moment that my comments or the comments of ...more

Not one of knows for certain who or who does not own stock in EXS. Including you.
Comment by Odinson on Apr 05, 2018 2:02pm
Well, four things are certain: 1) I own this stock 2) it is in the shytter 3) I have a right to express my opinion on this. 4) We shareholders have a right to expect something better than the current state of affairs.

GWT. I own a large amount of stock in EXS purchase 2 years ago $220,000.00 worth to be exact that is now worth less than $60,000.00 the only thing we have heard from you since I have been part of this stock is pumping. It comes a time that an investor just wants to hear the truth even if the truth hurts. NO MORE pump enough is enough say it like it is not like you dream it is. That's all we ...more

Very well said Helloecare!!

Very well stated indeed! It is time that we shareholders wake up and start pressing those in charge to do something other than spend money. This stock has lost near 50% since the beginning of the year! Time to turn it around or replace CD.
Comment by palfryville on Apr 07, 2018 12:28pm
Replace CD and stop picking up claims..... 14 claims is a weakness for this company, not an attribute as GWT would like others to believe.  He can’t seem to even raise the money to drill one of them...
Comment by Odinson on Apr 07, 2018 3:23pm
palfryville .... I think you nailed it! Wonder how close to the $2 Million PP target we are these days? We need to have CD himself step up to the plate and tell us clearly and straight what is going on and provide some sort of time line for progress. We don't need a BS pump by a pumper like GWT.

I feel for you helloecare, too late for any mandate, these ceo's who operate these mining schemes, and the others who allow this to happen, need to be called out by one or several good lawyers. Why this never happens is beyond me because they all follow the same script.

my opinion: If I bought $220,000 worth of shares in EXS, I would contact the company directly via email, and insist I get an appointment to discuss that investment directly with management. And to make sure there is no excuse, I would let the company choose the time and place.

Realize that CD's statement may have been made for the consumption of potential buyers of properties.  He has gotten some lowball offers in the past few years from what I have heard.

sell off.....
Comment by Odinson on Jun 18, 2018 8:41am
We need to get this from CD himself. From anyone else it is just another empty story line. .................

GWT's posts contained information, Time will tell whether that info was good There is a better chance of hearing from him than from Dupont. I welcome his posts I could do without the prediction of gold rising as if that happens a lot of marginal deposits will be broght into play. at some point we will get news
