Also it sure looks like manegment has made sure Sprott cannot just take over the company at 30% total interest unless he start,s buying on the open market from retails as we will own 70% of the shares  but humm that would be intresting to watch as SP would certainly rise if Sprott made a power play to grab 21% more shares  .
