Thoughts??

I think it would bring chills to the managements if us shareholders of EXS would vote this down. IMO I think our project holds equal value as there's. And we should receive back all of our shares not half. And about Sprott just how committed is he to this new company? He bought at .02 NIC (10 mill) like saying .01 EXS soon he will make a 10 bagger. How much longer will he hold out? He is invested in so many companies, why not drop out on a sure thing and invest elsewhere. Isn't he also making 8% on the debenture. Not bad IMO. For me personally I will NOT vote yes to the merger, either I vote no or not vote at all. And I am a major shareholder, probably cross out Duponts holdings. Just trying to weigh out what I'm going to do. What do you guys think? Like to hear from Odinson, Aurum1983, others, even GWT. I think he holds atleast some shares.

I, too am voting no but will we have enough share power or will we be over ruled by CD and friends.we need some new brains to lead this company but the arrangement somehow doesn't  smell right. Just can't put a finger on it.

Its been a long while since I posted on this site.  A little over two years ago I held. 3.5 million shares of this stock with and average cost of 18 cents.  after hanging on for far too long I started selling off once the price decilined below 7 cents and currently have 1.3 million shares.  If you do the math you will realize I'm out a lot of money.  I got caught up in the ...more

I feel your pain Goldstore. We were misguided by management and pumpers. So you know I own 8.5 mill. shares of EXS (yes call me stupid) I first bought a Placement at .085 added over the years and several months ago bought almost 4 mill at .02. So I've lowered my breakeven. I wonder if management is taking notice of this hatred of this agreement? Goldstore, Odinson, toorisky check your inbox ...more

There is always the risk of the company going under without a merger if the current management stays in place. What is desperately needed is NEW MANAGEMENT that has the ability to move this company forward. Do they need money? Absolutely! The question is ....... who is willing to throw money into this company with it's current management? We need to know who will truly benefit from the ...more
