Just some added notes. First for anyone that doesn't know, when/if this merger goes through the name of the new company will be Amalco. With the recent Private Placement announced by Pure Nickel and the Explor Private Placement merger agreement It will mean an additional $1,000,000.00 towards the company.Then there is the Sprott $3,000,000.00 investment. That's 4.5 mill.,hope it all goes

When your old the thinking part sometimes takes a little longer. The cash raised from Pure Nickels PP will probably be used towards the Explor PP. And I think the $500,000 raise from the Explor PP will be used towards drilling Timmins. The $3,000,000 raised from Sprott goes to the 35,000 meter drilling of Neal. Correct me if I'm wrong.
