RE:Merger and 35,000 Meter Drill Program . Just some added notes. First for anyone that doesn't know, when/if this merger goes through the name of the new company will be Amalco. With the recent Private Placement announced by Pure Nickel and the Explor Private Placement merger agreement It will mean an additional $1,000,000.00 towards the company.Then there is the Sprott $3,000,000.00 investment. That's 4.5 mill.,hope it all goes towards drilling. Speaking of drilling is all of that 35,000 meter drilling slated for Neal? What will Timmins see ($500,000 PP)? On the bad side, if a vote was held today Explor shareholders would get .0275 a share. And you wonder why we whine!!
