New CEO Since January 2022 (StockWatch News)2022-01-05 18:59 ET - News Release Mr. Terry Booth reports BINOVI APPOINTS DHALIWAL AS ITS NEW CEO AND TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS Binovi Technologies Corp. has appointed Jatinder Dhaliwal to the company's board of directors and has been appointed chief executive officer. Marc Lakmaaker has resigned, effective immediately, as interim chief executive officer and director. Mr. Dhaliwal is a registered pharmacist, CEO and director of multiple publicly traded companies. He has extensive knowledge in agricultural, medical and pharmaceutical operations. Mr. Dhaliwal holds a bachelor of pharmacy from the University of British Columbia and a bachelor of science in biology from the University of Victoria. Mr. Dhaliwal has overseen the acquisition and development of numerous projects, technology platforms and applications. He has overseen operations of numerous retail and commercial operations and implemented various health protocols and technology advances into health and wellness chains. Terry Booth, chairman of the board, commented: "With Mr. Dhaliwal's appointment, Binovi will enhance its access to capital markets and health care industry networks, which will be valuable assets towards the execution on Binovi's strategy and conversion of business prospects.
