Agreed that buying before a rollback is unwise, but why you feel so certain of a rollback? There's only 83m shares out...if they could manage a pp @10 (I know they'd need to get sp up), 20m ...more

Something needs to happen to turn this around...they brag of increased usuage and revenue yet the bid gets weaker and weaker. Only 9k @ 3c on bid as of right now.  Like most here have already ...more

The price isnt the issue....whether its a 5c or 10c financing the stock will be rolled back to whatever ratio is needed to raise money.  The private placement holders of past should be livid ...more

A roll back is inevitable.... the stock is dead down here...limited cash.  Who doesnt think this was a PUMP and DUMP from the point of the RTO.  The chart shows the destruction.... straight ...more

Where do you take your 40m shares to garntee what? Warrants were issue to pp suscriber. for a total of 38.28m Warrants:  10.09 million share purchase warrants to purchase resulting issuer ...more
