Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3x Shares FAZ

The Fund seeks daily investment results before fees and expenses of 300% of the inverse or opposite of the daily performance of the Index. The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period of time different than a trading day. The fund invests in swap agreements, futures contracts, short positions or other financial instruments that, in combination, provide inverse or short leveraged exposure to the index equal to at least 80% of the funds net assets (plus borrowing for investment purposes). The index is a subset of the Russell 1000 Index that measures the performance of the securities classified in the financial services sector of the large-capitalization U.S. equity market. It is non-diversified.

RE: RE: Market has spokenThanks!  I try.  The mkt often tips it's hand one way or the other, and in that sense, yes, it has a personality.  The market is a reflection of all of the investors minds in sum, so in a way it acts like it is actually alive. 

The short term moves are the hardest as there isn't much time to work with.  It's a dynamic situation.  It's not easy to even explain the short term moves in a clear way sometimes! 

The timelines are tough also, I tend to be early on my timing, but I'm working on that.  Still, I like to estimate timelines to have an idea of when to expect things happening.  If the time has to be pushed back a bit, I roll my eyes a few times and live with it.

No, heard of that book but have not read it.
