Direxion Daily Financial Bear 3x Shares FAZ

The Fund seeks daily investment results before fees and expenses of 300% of the inverse or opposite of the daily performance of the Index. The Fund does not seek to achieve its stated investment objective for a period of time different than a trading day. The fund invests in swap agreements, futures contracts, short positions or other financial instruments that, in combination, provide inverse or short leveraged exposure to the index equal to at least 80% of the funds net assets (plus borrowing for investment purposes). The index is a subset of the Russell 1000 Index that measures the performance of the securities classified in the financial services sector of the large-capitalization U.S. equity market. It is non-diversified.

Thanks for the info SC, I’m a newbie on charts but “never place too much weight on one candle” is a good one to remember.

 

     Your calls on FAZ are impressive. To be so convinced in your position with what seems like everyone else leaning the other way, good for you.

 Cheers,  but the SPX loosing 70 pts this week...

  It’s a great thought but I’m sceptical, with almost daily POMO pumping and bullish market sentiment, it’ll have to be some really nasty news to knock the wind out of this market with 2 days left before Thanksgiving. IMO.

     How about this one:

        What if there’s news of more bailouts needed to Portugal & Spain?

   Maybe they will wait till Thursday or Friday to take the advantage of the closed US markets, Friday’s ½ day of hung-over  traders would be hell to pay for the bulls...LOL!
