If all is is approved it can work out well for shareholders. I have to retract my feelings that Allen would use remaining money from Spinco to find this NCIB. It would accelerate the
dowjward spiral of Spinco stock price if they did. It's gotta be warrants. Which should mean the stock price starts to launch soon. Maybe in time for Christmas.

Dont know what will cause it To climb. Though.
