unfortunately I have come to the conclusion that our shares are to be more or less worthless.
following the reverse takover I expect a 10 for 1 consolidation due to the enormous number of shares in the new entity

they will have to raise capital and so a consolidation makes sense.

that will more or less destroy whatever equity is left from Augusta shareholders.
the whole thing has been nothing more than a horrible disaster for shareholders.
hard to believe it is all legal

perhaps  sens shares may be worth something one day if foxtech ever gets any significant contracts but the breakup deal was so shady and complicated I am not sure how much money actually stays within SENS when they make a sale and how much they will have to give to the new company formed by this RTO????

that is if we ever do get our SENS shares.....

lost a lot of money here....

was going to sell when I was down 30% but thought that Allan really had someting good that he was going to announce after the Augusta split....

Big mistake......on my part here.....
