RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Brand new Shell Game Yes, I find it really amazing from a regulatory point of view that a person who has not managed to distribute the shares from a spin off company to it's "rightful" owners can at the same time allow the shares of the spun off company to trade on the open market. And now, that same person is allowed to enter into another arrangement with the parent company of said spin off which may result in an organization that is to the detriment of the shareholders of said parent company.
From a regulatory view the shareholders appear to have no representation at all.
Life, as it exists, on the Venture Exchange -- no wonder it is nicknamed the "vulture" exchange.
