FAT IPO Monday - FCCG will hold 80%

Anyone watching this?

FAT IPO Monday will leave FCCG with 80% of the ownership in FAT Brands, which for the 2M shares being sold at $12 in the FAT IPO, implies a value of $96 million for the shares FCCG will continue to hold.

OTCMarkets website indicates there is 11.8 million shares of FCCG outstanding, so that implies a value of about $8/share based on the IPO price for FAT.

If you are a dilligent investor, this situation might be worth your time to investigate.

It should go without saying, but do your own DD.
