Now CFO also sellsThe senior vice president and chief financial officer of coal producer Foundation Coal Holdings Inc. exercised options for and then sold 17,500 shares of common stock under a prearranged trading plan, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Thursday.

In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Frank J. Wood reported he exercised the options Tuesday and Wednesday for $8.53 apiece and then sold all of the shares the same days for $50 to $52.62 apiece.
