You can hear Ross say they are funded for 2 years and don't need money just before diluting the s**t out of shareholders.  Pretty hard to believe anything he says when he out right lied on this point.

Looks like Scott is Dev's replacement  on fccuf I met Dev in San Francisco some years ago and ended up buying 100k shares @ $1.00 per each share. My pal bought  2 million shares at a much lower price. then Fukashima happened which brought down price which was understandable . Fool that I seem to be; I kept 50k shares hoping the 43-101 would elevate sp. this most recent dilution ...more

@ placermines - Your biggest mistake was voting NO on the merger with DML back in 2015.  Still cann't understand the reasoning behind it.  Had you and your friend voted YES you would have had DML shares plus the premium we were offered,  you would have had F3 shares and you would be receiving F4 shares next quarter.  It made no sense to vote NO when management advised ...more

As an owner of both individually I am glad the merger failed.  Dev was to be the manager of the combined company and can only imagine the disaster that would have been.  Best to hedge your bets with several companies.  I once had highest hopes for FCU but results have been eclipsed by DML and NXE.  Management matters.
