RE:If the AFFO is close to normal they wouldn't be cutting the I'm not entirely sure I agree with the part about them knowing something investors dont as the NR pretty much spelled out their concerns but I will also be the first to admit I dont know alot about the company just trying to learn before open but I can say one thing I'm not crazy about when they talk about "new" projects, there is nothing "new" that can even be accomplished right now and when you look at a 5 year chart it's pretty flat suggesting this was being held by alot for income more than growth, if that's the case there may be a pretty healthy dip tomorrow as even a number of the banks will yeild higher. Going to keep researching as I'm far too green on the company and by all means all is jmo. Hopefully those that wish to continue holding here have some dry powder to maybe add a few. Cheers and gl
spekul8orr wrote: dividend. They know something we don't and they see it coming. The excuses that they rather use the cash on new projects to increase ROI is just that. If that was the case then why ever have a  dividend.
