RE: RE: $600,000 Dedenture NEWS

RE: RE: $600,000 Dedenture NEWSWould have appreciated more details regarding the debenture, i.e., therate of interest being paid by Forterra to those accredited investorsand insiders so that a properly informed decision could be arrived atwith regard to the appropriateness of the issue of 4 bonus shares @ 0.05 forevery one dollar invested by these parties.

Dilution by management is always a matter of concern for the "little guys/gals - retail investors" IMHO, and so is the unregulated culture of gross entitlement and greed that corporate executives have used to bring global markets to their knees and wipe of the investment value of hundreds of millions of retail investors world wide.

While the news release is positive in that it reports management's expectations that this $600,000.00 will enhance Forterra's production capabilities, etc. via the purchase and installation of equipment, there has been no news of concrete sales volumes to date.  Personally would have preferred to see the sales numbers and a positive bottom line before Forterra's executive started handing themselves any type of bonus.  Am not of the view that investing in one's own company to buy needed production equipment is worthy of giving oneself a bonus before the equipment is actually purchased, in place, operating and producing sales that put sufficient $$$ in the coffers to increase the value of the company's shares for ALL shareholders.

The product is right, the market is ripe for it and the potential for future value is tremendous for Forterra.  However, Forterra's retail shareholders bear far greater risk than insiders or institutional investors from the effects of dilution IMHO and we can only hope that management is mindful of that fact going forward.
