RE: $600,000 Deb Int Rate

RE: $600,000 Deb Int RateI believe it said 12%, which is not outrageous for a microcap to have to pay. Also, where else might they get this money: that also means the rate is 'okay.'  The fee is no different to what other investors, insiders or arms length, get for a placement. It seems to me a fair valuation ( 5 cents ) to deliver this equivalent fee to subscribers. As to its use, well there are lead times and installs, and tests, etc., and so the need is measured for the future. To me it says tthey have good news coming on the sales side. Let's give mgmt some applause for their forward thinking and the fact that they have new orders; have saved $100,000 pa by their recent move; and now they are looking for significant productivity gains and with really MINIMAL dilution.
