That is a standard statement required by any such company in its infancy that must rely on other sources (investors) for its funds (as it is not yet able to support its continued opperations from sale of product alone). That does not indicate in any way that the company has a lack of confidence - just that they don't want to be held liable by investors if they aren't able to raise the needed capitol. Take a look at the quarterly news releases from other venture companies and you will see a pattern.
