RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE: RE:After the Bell Results1. They aren't going to state that their lack of sales is due to lack of effort to sell their product. The weather is an easy scapegoat.

2. Rick Denyes' quotes in articles always seem to put way too much positive spin on things. The numbers he quotes are inflated, his optimism is unbridled and his thoughts regarding where the company will be in a short period have been unrealistic. I checked out some of the numbers Rick mentioned in a magazine article. Mr. Wertheim (the publicist) confirmed they were inflated. That, along with all the old news releases and stories with Denyes' quotes, made me realize that his visions are unrealistic and that he's more of a salesperson than someone who can be relied on for solid information.

3. Worm castings work, so their product should work. But anyone with any foresight would have planted some crops or yards with and without the product to monitor the difference. If they have done that, and not reported anything, then something is probably wrong with the product.

4. Their big customer last year, Shenandoah growers, did not re-order with them this year.

5. I sold my shares a few months ago. I don't really have much faith in the management's ability to execute whatever business plan they have. I think the idea for the product is great but by my estimation these guys are burning money with far too little results to show.
