Anyone knows what is happening with that crap ? No news for a while and trading halted for long...does not look good....

I would pick up the phone and call OSM and Don Green.  Lawyers are working things out and the TSX-venture is waiting on filings.  But it has been awhile since I called OSM.  OSM has some decent sales  as per their website https://osmsolar.com/   I want the halt off and the consolidation as much as the next.

Check the insider reports!  Looks like a BOD member (who is a lawyer, I think) acquired shares in October.  Possibly paid in shares to draw up the paperwork for the RTO.  We'll likely see an update soon and an announcement for an AGM to vote on the proposed RTO.  OSM seems like a decent company, GLTA current holders of FTE.  Looks like there are still a lot of shares ...more
