Thanks for the clarification, yes good for ACT as they will aquire 51% of FAF at a 27-30% discount to market while at the same time earning interest on the loan to expand in ACT stores! Big move with GTII in the US too, looks like ACT is ramping up entry into the US to be ready for the Lame Duck session. They have announced FAF is still a partner but I have to wonder how GTII fits in with FAF.
