Yep. It's a possibility. Series C Warrants are exercisable between October 1, 2022 and June 30, 2023 at an exercise price equal to the lesser of (A) $30.00; and (B) 125% of the 20-day VWAP of the Fire & Flower common shares on the last trading day prior to the date on which the Series C Warrants are exercised. 4,457,206 of the Series C Warrants, which were issued pursuant to the exercise ...more

So has ACT 50.1% locked in now? "ACT certain participation and top-up rights pursuant to an Amended and Restated Investor Rights Agreement dated September 16, 2020 to receive additional securities of Fire & Flower which, if exercised, entitle ACT to a minimum aggregate direct and indirect ownership of 50.1% of the issued and outstanding common shares of Fire & Flower on a fully ...more

not yet ...the last C1 warrant will be divided in 2 ,subject to a vote -that should pass -on December 16th . Then ACT should execise the first part of C1 and would own around 42 % or more if the $ 5,000,000 loan is excercise at a price 1,68 , then the second part of C1 for control would be excercise only in December 2023 ..after what ACT evalate more or less the end of the recession . Thanks for the clarification, yes good for ACT as they will aquire 51% of FAF at a 27-30% discount to market while at the same time earning interest on the loan to expand in ACT stores! Big move with GTII in the US too, looks like ACT is ramping up entry into the US to be ready for the Lame Duck session. They have announced FAF is still a partner but I have to wonder how GTII fits in with FAF.

ACT will eventually buy several cannabis companies ...GTII is a good target for one ...Very rich and powefull company ACT ...they will wait in 2024 at the end of the recession to buy low the weaker ones . IMHO a future major player in the industry
