I too thought that all of the "ACT Events" would be meaningful to the market, but they are not. FAF is just another bad cannabis deal. Plain and painfully simple. Somebody called < $2 not long ago and I thought that was a bit rash. Nope...

IMHO you are wrong as it is all the cannabis stock that are down ...all of them and it is also ,in case you did not see and feel it , the whole stock market has plunge ! nothing to do with FAF future ..
Comment by ThoughtsOnThis on May 10, 2022 11:37am
No way out of FAF with any upside until ACT tenders to buy the company. Think 2024-25 for that to happen. FAF and ACT are not concerned in the least about the share price and ACT would likely prefer the share price to keep falling (they must be buying on the open market). Market conditions or not, It's just another one of the very bad cannabis companies that have hurt a lot of shareholders in ...more

wrong again . ACT can become the majority holder between October of this year and June 2023 . The price has to be a minimum of $ 4,77 .They don't gain anything by lowering the price and again it is the overall stock market that is down and that include ALL the cannabis stocks .... You look like a basher from High Tide ...
Comment by ThoughtsOnThis on May 10, 2022 2:34pm
You have the option to buy X shares for $4.77 in the future if you choose to. You can buy all the shares you want to between now and then for (pick a number) < $3.00 so I would say that if you are ACT you are buying all the share you can right now.  I'd like to get that detail right. Is it an option to buy at $4.77 or is there some kind of forced purchase? Is there anything that would ...more

Go to their investor webpage look under SEDAR report on April 20 , 2022 , Material change report , it is all there .

The price will not be reached, new warrants will be issued at a lower price. FAF will need money and  is far from being able to generate good growing profit to expand the business. I am sure CT would like the $4.77 price, it would mean FAF is doing better. If they can't exercised at $4.77, where will FAF take the money? From CT but at a lower price, then the investors lose more % shares ...more

Shareholders don't seem councious that CT will have 35% of FAF and maybe 50+ as read in the article. As yoiu said, CT just have to wait for the share price to go down, since the revenues are not there, (income statement on a quarterly basis.) CTC has plenty of time and money and will scoop the remaining for peanuts.
Comment by Rotaluceps on May 14, 2022 3:33pm
The reason is? They are all in the same boat facing too much competition. Take any cannabis companies and put their financials result on a quarterly basis. Click financials above and put the income statement on a quarterly basis. Stalling or lower revenues showed there are too much competition. The small increase in revenue of the others is not enough for realistic expansion.  Although I take ...more

So if FAF were to open 15,000 store fronts in a market 10x the size would it help? How many of the competitors you refer to would have the ability to do that and as quickly for pennies that FAF will...if at all. Right now every LP and retail are fighting for a crowded small market, and most will fail for sure. I would imagine the Hyfire software and the partnership FAF has in the US data will ...more

Attention, I am not against FAF but realistic.. Stop going for the best scenario. The competition is well established in the US. FAF can't do it alone, it needs CT. CT don't need FAF. Since FAF will not be profitable before a long time, they will need the money of CT that will increase its %, lowering the % of the investors. 15,000? I assume it is the number of locations. Do you really ...more

When I say 15,000 just throwing a ball park #of CK outlets to bring the scale in (not all) and I am refering to shelf space not stores, I agree no THC will be sold or will likley take years before it is everywhere, but what about CPG? I agree CT will buy the good bits.....IE:Hyfire data mine and yes seperate high traffic THC retail locals. As for Constellation they are as friendly as they will be ...more

yes but some companies like Trulieve for example are still growing every quarters . If you look at the alcohol industries when it began to be legal you can see the same pattern :a lots of new ones -if fact to many - some went bankrupt and others took the market . What i like about FAF id their main shareholder ACT who will become the majority owner within a year ...They have big money and are ...more

Trulieve had to be responsible at the start since they can't get banking money. In Canada insiders became rich on the back of the shareholders, taking the worse decisions, building to many facilities. The CEO of TRUL bought $1 billions of shares, so she is confidant about Trul unlike the Insiders of our great companies with no bought shares using their money.
