Dan in the video says that people shy away because of the dams that have to be put in. I have tried to look at this very carfully & see it as just a shallow part of a bay on the lake. Have phoned & asked if there are any currents through there & they reassured me there are none. It sounds good to me. I have a lot of money invested here. Even my Grandson invested in this. He just turned 13 today & he owns 2000 shares. Trying to teach him that stocks can be very risky but the up side looks way greater than the down side does. Happy hunting.
