Who and for what reason are they dumping millions of cheap shares for months on end. Mind boggling it's relentless.

This is completely expected in my view. We need to be patient. Miners were down a bit today so First Mining was no different from the rest of the pack. The price action with Gold lately is leading the price action in the miners lately.
