Dear Valued Shareholder,

 

We are writing to provide you with an interim update.  We had hoped to have our audit complete by mid-February, but our auditors and other accounting resources are now in their busiest period because of many companies with fiscal years that end in December.  Accordingly it appears that it will be early April before the audit is completed. 

 

We are equally frustrated and inquired into finding new auditors.  Changing auditors is not a realistic option at this time.  Our current auditors are familiar with the complexity of us having operations in both Canada and the US, as well as other aspects of our business and financings.  To bring in another firm would certainly lengthen the delay.

 

In the meantime, we have been continuing to focus our resources on supporting the growth of High Purity Natural Products.  Our goal is that by the time the auditors prioritize our financials, we will have a strong pipeline in High Purity.  Once both of these events occur in the near future, we believe that our shareholders will be pleased.

 

We ask for a little more patience, as we are very close to achieving a large-scale financial plan for growth for Future Farm, High Purity, and our shareholders.

 

We have also had inquiries on buying Future Farm shares now.  Future Farm’s shares do still trade in the US on the OTC (https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/FFRMF/quote). If you want to purchase shares on the OTC please consult your stock broker.
